Light Amber (NOT AVAILABLE 2010 SEASON) colored syrup is very light in color and has a mild, delicate flavor. Tastes best on vanilla ice cream , pancakes, crepes or is used to make fine maple sugar candy and maple cream.
Medium Amber has a slightly darker amber color with a gentle but more
pronounced maple flavor. This syrup is most desirable for pancakes, waffles,
French toast or cereal.
Dark Amber syrup is rich and flavorful. Its characteristic maple flavor is a favorite for cooking as well as a table syrup.
Extra Dark Amber is becoming the most requested of the pure maple syrup grades. It's hearty maple flavor and less pronounced sweetness makes it popular with maple connoisseurs.
